Theatinerkirche

This church was painted yellow after choosing between 14 different shades.

Monument

My guide explained this road has a golden path to remember people who would run down this road and face possible arrest rather then stay on the main road and be forced to do the nazi salute.

Dog Parking

This pharmacy had a place to park your dog outside!!!

Beer Garden and market

This place sold lots of flowers and produce and also had a large beer garden.

Synagogue

This new synagogue is designed to be reminiscent of the wall of Jerusalem on the bottom and I forget what the top represents.

Friday

I took a walking tour of Munich and found out the tombstones on the side of churches are a result of the city bombings in WWII. Many cemeteries were mostly destroyed so the in tact tombstones were moved to church walls and the cemeteries paved over.

Dinner

I was a bad tourist and rather than eat German style food I went to a place called El Gordo Loco where I got a yummy vegetarian fajita with a coke. I had been craving Mexican food and this was delicious!!! (though sadly no free chips and salsa...European restaurants are so stingy).

Hofbrauhaus

The ever famous beer hall Hofbrauhaus did not disappoint. A live band was playing and giant mugs of beer were being delivered to tables by waitresses in dirndls. I was amazed how huge the hall was!!

City Views

The views from the top of the Neus Rathaus tower are of course wonderful.
